Restoring costing. Building CRM and AI-enabled reporting.
This engagement brought together two kinds of work: restoring a core ERP function and developing applications around ERP data. Hakan contributed hands-on canias expertise alongside software and AI development at a smart-home products manufacturer.
The context
The work covered distinct deliverables: a repaired costing module, a dedicated canias development tool, a CRM application and a business intelligence solution. Their shared context was the manufacturer’s existing ERP and the work built around it.
What needed attention
A smart-home products manufacturer needed its non-working canias ERP costing module restored, alongside development work and new applications connected to ERP data.
Hakan’s contribution
Hakan built a dedicated AI tool to make canias ERP module development easier. He also repaired and set up the costing module, built an ERP-connected CRM from scratch and developed an AI-enabled business intelligence application.
