What You're Agreeing To

JIDAI LABS LLC ("JIDAI Labs," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides an AI-powered data platform for enterprises. These terms govern how you use our services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. They are designed to be fair to everyone.

Your Account

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If something looks suspicious, tell us immediately at security@labsjidai.com.

The Rules

Pretty straightforward:

• Don't break the law
• Don't try to hack us or other users
• Don't use our platform to spam or harass anyone
• Don't share your account access
• Don't reverse engineer our software

If you do any of these, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Our Stuff

The JIDAI Labs platform, JAY assistant, our logos, designs, and documentation are our intellectual property. Your data stays yours. The insights and reports you generate are yours. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Payments

If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees we quoted you. Invoices are due within 30 days. If payment fails, we will try to work it out before taking any action. We are reasonable people.

What We Promise

For Enterprise customers, we target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead. We will do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee perfection.

What We Don't Promise

We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our control. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. This is standard for enterprise software.

Ending Things

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription runs until the end of your billing period. We will export your data for you upon request. We can also terminate for serious violations, but we will always try to warn you first.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced via email. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel.

Legal Bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. We hope it never comes to that.
